Caroline Horton
My Story
Caroline has been involved in the healing arts for over 30 years. She began her studies at Flynn’s School of Herbology in New York in her early 20s. She is certified in Shiatsu from the Shiatsu Massage School of Santa Monica where she also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Craniosacral therapy. She continued to enrich her studies in Visionary Craniosacral work with Hugh Milne through the Milne Institute over the course of two years.
Caroline is also certified in the Aromatouch technique, a scientific approach to the application of essential oils.
She has been working with plant allies since she was young and is one of the founders of La Divina organic facial oils along with Cheserae Scala. She also offers sessions in Solar Magnetism, an ancient form of Reiki, which she studied through the Pneuma Institute and is also a facilitator of Pneuma Breathwork.

A system intended to relieve pain and tension by gently working with the skull, vertebrae, sacrum and surrounding muscles, harmonizing the natural rhythm of the central nervous system. When we are in a parasympathetic state our body enters a state of relaxation, and this relaxation breeds recovery.

Aromatouch /
Aromatouch technique is a clinical approach to applying doTERRA essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet, to help stimulate and balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. It provides gentle touch application of the oils and is deeply relaxing, nourishing, and restorative.
