Join us for one of our beloved group acupuncture sessions, a 90-minute reset designed to nourish your body and calm your mind. Settle into deep relaxation with gentle herbs, a short rejuvenating acupuncture session, soothing essential oils, and a guided meditation to help you move gracefully through the end of Winter. There will also be a grounding snack offered at the end; in the past, it has been coconut chia pudding with berries.
