Sound & Cacao New Moon Journey

Experience a sound meditation including elements from the Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan medical) tradition to restore lost life force, & rejuvenate body, energy, & mind.

First, you’ll be guided through a healing self-massage sequence using touch, chanting, & visualization ~ resonating syllables from the Tibetan alphabet that flow through the body according to the lunar cycle.

Then we’ll attune our hearts with gentle cacao medicine ~ journeying with singing bowls, gongs, bells, conch, percussion, mantra, & silence ~ inviting us to release old patterns & strengthen resilience!
