Come enjoy a heart centered afternoon guided by Chandler of Cora Cacao.

A place to just be, without the pressure of doing.

There will be silence, balancing pranayama, delicious cacao, and the meditation on twin hearts.

The meditation on twin hearts is a loving-kindness (metta) meditation, a meditation for planetary peace, and a spiritual shower. Developed by master pranic healer Choa Kok Sui, it uses a variety of elements to create feelings of love - such as mantra, the prayer of St. Francis of Asisi, the Great Invocation, and visualization techniques.

Practitioners of any background and faith are welcome.
