For anyone who has seen some improvement but still knows they have a ways to go, or has some chronic health issues you’d like to see resolve completely, or would like ongoing support to refine, troubleshoot, and build upward upon the foundation you have established, Level 2 is for you.

Level 2 is about getting to the root of what is causing imbalances in your body, and healing the body’s Earth element which is our digestive system. Much of the improvement we see in the first 30 days comes from attention to nourishing ourselves, and the repair that happens as we improve rest and get our system moving again. 

​

Now we move into treating the root causes of disease, which are most often found in the gut: chronic low grade infections including parasites, microbial overgrowth, leaky gut, and poor detoxification due to an overburdened liver and gallbladder. 

​

When we address these invisible stressors, miraculous things start to happen. The body can heal itself, it can clear out old toxicity, old emotional patterns, repair damaged tissues and organs, and regenerate the nervous system. 

 

We will spend the next 2 months together, continuing to meet weekly, refining our ability to listen to the body, honing our foundational skills and adding new tools for deeper cleansing, self-healing, strength building, and energy cultivation.

The program is designed to support you to move at your own pace, to trust your body, your intuition, your own inner doctor.

Simultaneously, we have created a support structure so that you don’t get lost along the way, or lose momentum, or get discouraged, distracted, or disillusioned.
