Heart of the Mother

Join Cheserae, Tasha and Michele for a two hour workshop, as an opportunity to come together to honor the inner mother and nourish the altar of the heart; through a Vinyasa yoga flow to get into the body, guided meditation and sound bath, and then a closing tea ceremony to sit in mindful reflection.
