Gong Yoga Nidra

Gong Yoga Nidra is a class of "non-doing". A powerful practice of deep relaxation and transformative self inquiry. It is considered the Yoga of Sleep, and you may drift in and out of states of consciousness which allows the mind and body to experience peace, stillness and rest.
